This application is available for practices with a Clinical System that does not provide for online repeat prescription ordering. If you can use your clinical system for this (recommended), we can easily link your web site to your providers site.

Web Based Solution:
Our own system is not a simplistic 'email' based solution. It is web based application that is straight-forward for the patient, while providing a reliable and secure solution for the Practice.

Reporting:
Within the practice a secure web-based report is used to display and print the repeat prescription requests. The repeats for any given time period can be selected.

Additional Benefits:
Providing this function increases practice accessibility in more ways than one. For example, because online repeats ordering ensure patients keep revisiting the site, the Practice can also keep them up-to-date with regular news updates, for example, Travel and Flu Vaccinations.

Internet Security:
To make the application as secure as possible, we have taken a number of measures. Firstly, the information supplied by the patient only identifies that person to the practice, they cannot be identified in the outside world, for example their name and address is not requested. Secondly, all input and output over the internet is encrypted. Finally, there is no direct link made between the practice system and online repeats; a staff member must validate then enter the data into the practice system.
