Maintenance :: Pay-As-You-GoWhile a practice is very welcome to keep their own site up to date (no special tools required), we can appreciate that many Doctors and Practice Managers do not have the time to do this. To that end we offer a cost-effective 'pay-as-u-go' maintenance option where any updates, be it news, service, staff changes etc, will be carried out on your behalf. You only pay for the time it takes to do an update, if it takes 4 minutes, thats all we charge ! The maintenance charge is made at the end of the year and includes a detailed breakdown of minutes used per update. Existing Site Make-Over or RedesignFor Practices that already have a web site, this service offers you a number of opportunities :- We can add any of our applications to your site, for example: Secure prescription ordering, Your Health database, appointment cancellations etc. Also, if you are finding it an unnecessary overhead to keep your site up to date, we can take on the maintenance on your behalf. If your site is in need of a design upgrade or simply needs new content added, we would be happy to undertake this.
