Please find below the prices for our General Practice products:

General Practice Website:

First Year: £299.00, Second Year onwards: £85.00pa

The initial first year cost covers setup of your .nhs.uk domain & internet hosting, our standard website design (with your choice of 2 possible colours), adding all the content from your Practices Leaflet(s), all applications (e.g. Repeat Prescription ordering etc), online website maintenance tools, access to online training tutorials, submission of your site to the major search engines.

The annual cost is for hosting your site on the internet and includes email based support should you require it. First year hosting is free !!

Practice Intranet:

Intranet Hosted Online:

£475.00 setup and £135.00pa

Intranet Own Web-Server:

£1250.00* setup, optional remote support £135.00pa

* This price does not include the hardware or software (e.g. a windows based operating system) required to run your web-server. Generally any powerful PC is suitable, however it must be dedicated to the task.

Website / Intranet Editors Course:

Course Fee: £225.00 (plus any travelling expenses)

This optional training course is for up to three staff members. It provides instruction on how to edit all aspects of your website and/or intranet content.

The course covers:

Overview of the Contact Management System (CMS) used for your Website/Intranet
Logging in / out of the CMS
Accessing Pages & Content
Adding and Amending Content (Paragraphs, Tables, Lists)
Adding New Pages & Deleting existing pages
Uploading and Removing Files (eg PDF) to/from your Web Server
Linking to Files and Pages in the Website

Documentation is provided as part of the course. The duration of the course is normally 6 hours.

Optional Bespoke Web-Site Design:

Price Range: £50.00 to £450.00

Our standard website product uses a single professional template design. Some practices require changes to this standard design. We therefore offer a design service which may simply be to add your logo, or a full bespoke design, or somewhere in between (a change of colours for example).

Bespoke design is a one-off fee and as a guide it is usually in the range shown above. The actual cost depends on the amount of work involved. This cost is in addition to the Standard General Practice website price given above.

Notes:

Any Travelling Expenses are charged additionally at cost.
