Do you Host/Support the web site on our behalf ?
Yes, we provide comprehensive hosting and a support service for your web site.
Can we have a .NHS.UK web site address ?
Yes, we register this with the NHS on your behalf as part of our service. If you already have a .nhs.uk address we can
use that too.
Do we need to maintain the web site ourselves ?
No, we have a pay-as-you-go service which allows us to maintain the site yourself and the majority of our customers
use this option. However, you are more than welcome to maintain the site yourself, and we can provide training on how
to do this.
What is the process for developing a Practice Web Site ?
The process starts with an on-site meeting with yourselves to go through design and product options, take photographs and
gather practice information. We then go through a comprehensive build process where you are kept informed/involved at

How much does your service cost ?

Can you upgrade an existing practice web site ?
Yes, we are more than happy to do this, and can provide information on the costs involved based on your existing site.
We already have a site, could you maintain it for us ?
Yes, we can maintain an existing site that has not developed by ourselves. Please
contact us with details of your web site, and we can provide you with
the costs etc that would be involved.
We already have a site, could we use your applications with it ?
Yes you can. If you would like to use our applications such as Repeats Ordering, Appointment Cancellations, Your-Health,
Health Questionnaire, and so on, with your existing web site, this is not a problem.
Do your Applications (Repeat Orders etc) use Email ?
No, you are not restricted to an email based solution. We utilise a web based reporting system which has proved to
be reliable and very easy to use.
How do we view Repeat Orders, Appt Cancellations etc ?
Each practice has its own 'Control Panel'. This is an area of the web site, not available to the public, that is used to
access all application reports, e.g Repeat Prescription Orders.
How do you ensure your applications are secure ?
We use a number of methods to help make our applications secure. For example, information is always submitted to
the site using SSL security - This is the same encryption used by shopping sites to send credit card and other details
securely.
Can we add Sites to the 'Your Health' Database ?
Yes, you simply submit the site to us, we check it for you, then add it to a suitable category in the database. If it is a global
link, i.e not practice area specific, we make it automatically available to all practices.
Can you develop additional applications ?
Yes, we can develop additional applications for you. For example, if you have an idea for an application that would further
enhance your web site for your patients, we are happy to build this for you. In many cases, if we can make this available
to other practices, this can be developed free of charge. Please call to
